Construction Update - April 9th, 2026
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD SPRINGS INTO ACTION
Last week, work along Arlington Heights Road was in full bloom with pavement removal, grading and concrete work taking place in the center medians. Traffic signal improvements were also installed at the intersection of Arlington Heights Road and IL 83.
Progress will advance in the coming weeks, weather dependent. As we prepare to reopen Arlington Heights Road later this year, traffic will continue to utilize the outside lanes.
